2025 In Office Intensive

$2500 per doctor and $500 for each staff member

 

When: Friday August 22, 2025 8:00 am - 4:00pm EST

Who should attend: Doctors, lead assistant(s), office manager

 

The morning will be live patients with the opportunity for the doctors and assistants to watch, ask questions, video, take pictures to understand HOW clear aligners can fit into a busy pediatric dental practice. Office managers will be able to spend time in the

front office observing scheduling, payments, billing and treatment planning and asking questions.

 

Lunch will be provided.

 

The afternoon will be Dr. Boyd with the doctors walking through treatment plans and clinchecks. Bring your laptop to discuss cases you are considering or have questions. Assistants will spend time with Dr. Boyd’s assistants practicing records including scanning, photos and attachment placement. Office managers will have a session with Sabrina, Dr. Boyd’s office manager discussing scheduling, billing, insurance, in office financing and Q & A’s.

 

Recommended travel plan:

• If drive is 6 hours or less then direct driving is recommended.
• Flying: Lexington, KY (LEX) is a 2 hour drive. I recommend flying into Lexington on Thursday and renting a car and drive in. Drive back to LEX Friday evening and fly out 7:30 pm or later Friday night or stay in Lexington and fly out Saturday morning.
• Accommodations: Jenny Wiley State Park is the recommend hotel (4.5 miles from office).
